Why should I use BDC Mobile?

BDC Mobile gives you quick and easy access to your BDC account. Here are some of the things you can do:

  • Track your current financing requests
  • Check your loan balances
  • View the amount and due date of your next payment
  • Access documents such as your annual loan balance and your debit notices
How do I use BDC Mobile?

Simply log in to the app with your Client Space username and password. You need to have a BDC Client Space account to use the app.

You can then activate biometric authentication for quicker logins going forward.

Can anyone use BDC Mobile?

No. Only the following people can use BDC Mobile:

  • People with a current online financing application
  • Clients with an active BDC loan
  • Former BDC clients who have access to Client Space
Can I make payments with the app?

No. BDC Mobile is not a conventional banking app. Please contact your BDC account manager to make an additional payment on your BDC loan.

What can I do with BDC Mobile?

BDC Mobile makes it easier to manage your business finances and loans, even when you’re on the go.

Here’s what you can do with the app:

  • View the current balance of your BDC loan(s)
  • Track the status of your online financing request
  • See the date and amount of your upcoming loan payments
  • See BDC’s new loan offers
  • View your BDC loan alerts
  • Request a payment deferral
  • Contact your account manager for assistance
  • View, download and share your annual loan balance
  • Receive account notifications directly on your phone
Does the app work offline?

No. You need an Internet connection to access BDC Mobile tools.

Who should I contact for technical support or assistance with BDC Mobile?

Our app is already user-friendly, and we’re always working to make it even easier to use. However, you may need help in some situations.
