At the Thrive Lab, we are as ambitious about making a lasting impact on women-led businesses as women are about building successful impact-driven companies.

The Thrive Lab is designed to help women build and grow high-potential businesses that seek to create meaningful social change. We provide equity and equity like investments alongside a group of like-minded investment partners where the gap is greatest: in companies at the earliest stage of development.

Is the Thrive Lab right for you?

If you are already in contact with an official BDC co-investment partner, we ask that you connect with them directly, so they apply to the Lab on your behalf. Otherwise, to qualify, you must meet the criteria below:

  • be a woman founder or leader with significant ownership of the company
  • lead an emerging, innovative and scalable business with significant growth potential
  • trying to address a pressing social problem with your business and bring solutions that will have a measurable positive impact on our society
  • working alongside a co-investment partner (incubator, accelerator, family office or accredited angel group) external to the Thrive Lab
  • actively raising capital and have your pitch deck ready to share

Please complete the form on the next page and we will contact you. Once the form is complete, you will receive an email asking you to send us your corporate presentation. We will only process your request if we receive this information. Due to a high volume, our response time may be slower as we respond in order of priority. Note that businesses that are being nominated by one of our official co-investment partners will be diligenced as a matter of priority.
