Organic Garage Announces Completion of Financing Arrangement with BDC
Organic Garage, July 18, 2018 – Organic Garage Ltd. (“Organic Garage” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:OG) is pleased to announce that it has completed its secured financing arrangement (the “Financing”) with BDC Capital Inc., (“BDCC”) a wholly owned subsidiary of Business Development Bank of Canada, for $3,000,000 (the “Loan”). The proceeds of the Loan will be used to fund the completion of the construction of the Company’s fourth and fifth stores in the Liberty Village and Leaside neighbourhoods of Toronto (the “Stores”).
