We are proud to have been named one of Montréal’s Top Employers for eleven years in a row. BDC is headquartered in Montréal and has business centres in more than 100 cities across Canada.

For 8 consecutive years (2010 – 2017)

This competition recognizes employers who lead Canada in creating special programs and benefits of interest to employees aged 40 years and older.

Best Employers for New Canadians

For 6 consecutive years (2008 – 2013)

BDC received this award for its accomplishments in recruiting skilled immigrants. The award recognizes employers whose programs assist new Canadians in making the transition to a new workplace and life in Canada.

Employment Equity Achievement Award


The Employment Equity Achievement Awards recognize federally regulated private-sector employers for their commitment to creating diverse and inclusive Canadian workplaces. They also provide a forum to highlight and share best practices in the implementation of employment equity.
