Jean-Philippe Ménard
Senior Vice President British Columbia and North, and Client DiversityJean-Philippe Ménard was appointed Senior Vice President, British Columbia and North, in June 2020, and is responsible for BDC’s financing and advisory services in those markets.
He has more than 25 years of experience in financing. He started his career at BDC in 1998 as an Account Manager and has since held positions of increasing responsibility in the organization. Passionate about entrepreneurs, Jean-Philippe has had the opportunity to lead teams of professionals in supporting thousands of small and medium-sized enterprise clients with financing and advisory solutions.
Jean-Philippe is actively involved in the Vancouver business community, and has developed efficient and diverse teams to, among other things, ensure successful careers for women in the financial sector. Up until October 2020, he also sat on the board of directors of the Collège Durocher Saint-Lambert.
Jean-Philippe holds a degree in Finance from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
