As Vice President, Advisory Solutions and Initiatives, Anita is responsible for BDC Advisory Services’ business strategy and implementation, including product management. She is an experienced leader who has held many senior positions at BDC, including in business development, client delivery, solution development, strategy implementation and financing.
Throughout her career, Anita has developed, launched and implemented several innovative strategies, processes, tools and solutions that have brought value to her clients and the Canadian economy. Before joining BDC in 2006, Anita worked in consulting and management roles across diverse industries including industrial chemicals, pulp and paper, metalworking and machining, printing, and plastics.
Currently serving on the boards of several organizations, Anita holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, a Master of Science from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Science from McGill University. In 2021, she earned her ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
