BDC Capital provides financing to ACE Services Mécaniques in Val d'Or to support its continued growth

LAVAL AND VAL D'OR, March 12, 2019 – BDC Capital's Growth & Transition Capital division is expanding its presence in Abitibi Témiscamingue by providing mezzanine financing to ACE Services Mécaniques of Val-d'Or to support the significant growth the business has seen over the past five years. Founded in 2010, ACE specializes in on-site maintenance and repair of all makes of heavy equipment for all types of industries, including mining, forestry and construction. Since 2012, the young company has been on Canadian Business magazine's Growth 500 ranking of Canada's fastest-growing companies. In the most recent edition, in 2018, it was ranked 37th (seventh in Quebec), thanks to its revenue growth rate of almost 2,000% over the past five years.

BDC Capital's financing will be used to implement ACE's growth plan, which includes expanding the business into other regions of Quebec.
