Client Voice Survey

As part of BDC’s continuing effort to provide the best possible service, clients are regularly contacted by phone for a survey. The feedback helps us ensure we are providing products and services that help entrepreneurs have better business journeys.

How it works

Method

We have contracted Ad Hoc Research, an independent research company, to conduct short phone surveys with clients on our behalf.

Questions

Questions measure client satisfaction with their overall experience at BDC within the past year. No confidential questions about an account or an individual is asked.

Recipients

We only contact current BDC clients. Ad Hoc Research selects the clients to survey each month. Clients are only surveyed once per year.

Confidentiality

Clients can opt to keep their answers confidential. Responses are not used for sales purposes.
