The company wanted to grow its market share while keeping its customer service personalized. It had also recently acquired another company and needed guidance to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that could handle the new volumes being forecasted, while reviewing and aligning other areas of its operations, such as sales, administration and data management.
