The business aims to become the number-one food distributor in Canada and needed support to manage its growth trajectory and ambitions. One of the critical projects was moving the firm from its original 3,000 sq ft warehouse in Ottawa to a new, 18,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art building in Russel. The company was also looking to achieve GFSI certification and bolster its sales and marketing efforts.
