Organizational behaviour refers to the ways people communicate and work together to accomplish the goals of a business.

The drivers of organizational behaviour are important to understand because they determine the overall productivity of a company.

Changes in organizational behaviour can be encouraged in many ways––for example, by making changes to a company’s vision and mission statements, values, strategy, structure, organizational culture, measures, metrics, reward and recognition programs.
