As Senior Vice President - Digital Channels and P&C Strategies, Lionel Pimpin is in charge of the transformation, management and performance of digital channels for all bank sectors. He is also responsible for defining strategic directions, developing and successfully implementing digital strategies, and emerging payments solutions. He manages the investment portfolio of digital and self-service channels and ensures the value of an integrated multi-channel customer experience.
From January 2014 to June 2016, Mr. Pimpin held the position of Vice- President - Client Experience, Strategy and Performance, with a mandate to structure, oversee and integrate all strategic and financial planning activities, the portfolio management of business initiatives, and the overall performance in the marketing, customer experience management and marketing research sectors.
Recognized for his ability to work in changing environments and specialized in the management of major transformation programs, Mr. Pimpin has a solid background in financial services and banking through the various roles he held for 15 years in the international consulting firm, Accenture.
Mr. Pimpin holds a Master of Business from EDHEC Business School in France and an Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Aston in the United Kingdom.
