Co-Founder and Executive Director, Hacking Health
Luc is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Hacking Health—a global movement to improve healthcare innovation—and of the Hacking Health Accelerator, a seed-stage investment fund and support program for digital health start-ups.
A Harvard MBA, McGill Electrical Engineer; an experienced executive and entrepreneur in medical technology and digital health, Luc is known as a passionate driver of innovation, creativity and positive change.
Over 20 years, he has been General Manager at EMR vendor NightingaleMD, Vice-President of Consumer Health at TELUS Health, and Vice-President of Business Development at Telesystem, where he also directed Plexo, their medical clinic and related services network. In 2002 he co-founded Resonant Medical, which later became Elekta Canada, a leading cancer radiotherapy equipment manufacturer. Previously, Luc was a senior manager at McKinsey & Company.
Luc is an advisor and board member of numerous non-profit organizations dedicated to youth education and health, including YMCA Quebec and the National Institute for Scientific Research (INRS).
