So, you're ready to start working on your business plan. Excellent! In this first module, your team begins by taking a quiz called the "Entrepreneurial Self-Assessment." Module 2: Business overview
You've chosen your team and business idea, and now you're ready to prepare your "business overview." Let's get started.
Module 3: Management

Module 4: Operations
After you've thought out how your company will be managed, you're ready to work out some of the details about running it. In this module, you will write an "Operations Plan." Module 5: Marketing plan
Time to get creative! In your "Marketing Plan," you will work on ways to convince your customers to buy from you. Who are those customers? How much will they pay you? And… how will you let them know you exist? These are some the questions we'll answer in this module.
Module 6: Financial plan
Well, we've reached the math part of the business plan… but don't panic. This module will take you through "The Financial Plan" one step at a time. Remember that all the numbers you need come from the ideas you've already worked out in the other modules. These numbers show if your business can make money. You can also use this section to convince potential lenders that your company can repay any money it borrows.
Module 7: Executive summary
Congratulations. You've done a lot of work and you've written a complex and in-depth plan for your business. Now, there's just one last step… but it's an important one. Think of your business plan as a novel. To get your readers to buy your book, you have to write an "Executive Summary," also known as the "outside cover." Here is where you summarize the important parts of your plan—the details that will really grab your reader's attention.
