Terry Quinn was appointed Senior Vice President, Financing and Consulting, Atlantic in 2009.

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing BDC's financing and consulting services in the Atlantic region.

He has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, joining BDC as a Credit Officer in 1980. Since then, he has held various positions across the organization, including Vice President Financing and Consulting, Assistant Vice President, Credit Risk Management and Branch Manager.

Before joining BDC, he worked as an Auditor for the Office of the Auditor General in Newfoundland and Labrador, whose role is to independently audit public sector accountability and performance.

Mr. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from Memorial University.
