Base pay
BDC offers a competitive base pay aligned with salary practices of large Canadian Corporations, primarily in the financial sector.

Variable pay
Variable pay is linked to individual performance and to BDC's overall results. When BDC exceeds its annual objectives, you benefit from increased variable pay.

Incentive plans
Additional compensation for employees in different business units reflects the employee's achievements and those of BDC, subject to targeted objectives aligned with BDC's mission.

Employee Savings and Investment Plan
Contribute up to 6% of your base salary in an employee investment program and BDC provides a matching contribution based on its annual performance.

Retirement program
